Yoga is a physicalmental, and spiritual practice or discipline which originated in India.

Karel Werner, author of Yoga And Indian Philosophy, believes that the process of systematization of yoga which began in the middle and Yoga Upanishads culminated with the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Patanjali's Yoga Sutras are widely regarded as the first compilation of the formal yoga philosophy.

But is only intended to introduce the practical aspects of practicing yoga . Even though India is the motherland of Yoga , people hesitate to do Yoga. The reason is simple, 'laziness' .
